Office to customer
A small parcel is collected at the office. The customer receives it at their site. A reachable person at the destination makes direct handover easier.
Door to door describes a simple process. The shipment is collected at the origin address. It then goes to the stated destination address.
The route needs complete details. Postcode, town, street and house number must be correct. The destination contact should also be known.
Incomplete addresses cost time. Check the house number and town before the run. Add the company name where needed.
Door to door means the run is planned between specific addresses. Access details and the responsible person should be as clear as possible at both ends.
Direct addressing does not replace secure packaging. Even on a short route, the shipment must be prepared so it can travel safely in the vehicle.

A direct run uses the real road travel time plus routing reserve and handover time. Pickup and requested delivery must both fit within the same calendar day; otherwise choose an earlier pickup time or Overnight. With Overnight, requested delivery is exclusively on the immediately following calendar day. Only released time windows apply; storage across additional days is not offered. The minimum lead time sets only the first bookable pickup day.
Small, clean and safely packed shipments. Size, weight and contents must fit the vehicle and acceptance rules.
Enter origin and destination first. The system calculates the route and then shows only available times that fit the trip.
