Content, design and rights holder
Texts, selection, structure, design, software-related interface elements and own media on x25pronto.at are created for Management Consulting Mayr and are maintained editorially and technically. Where individual elements are protected by copyright, trade mark, design, database or unfair-competition law, the corresponding rights remain with Management Consulting Mayr or the respective identified rights holder. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
No implied licence
Public availability of a page does not grant a broader licence for commercial reproduction, systematic extraction, republication, sublicensing or use of protected elements under another name. Use outside statutory exceptions or expressly granted permissions requires prior authorisation.
Automated extraction and data collection
Systematic automated extraction or reuse of substantial protected content, structures or data sets for third-party commercial databases, services or training corpora is permitted only where mandatory law allows it or Management Consulting Mayr has previously agreed. Statutory exceptions, including text and data mining rules, remain unaffected. Technical protection, access and rate-limit measures must not be unlawfully circumvented.
Trade marks and identifiers
“x25pronto”, x25pronto.at, logos, visual identifiers and related names must not be used in a way that suggests a partnership, branch, authority, approval, recommendation or origin that does not exist. Courier partners do not receive a general authority or trade-mark licence outside the purposes expressly approved for the cooperation.
Third-party material
OpenStreetMap map data, third-party logos, integrated services and other third-party material are subject to the notices, terms and licences of their respective rights holders. Their mention or technical integration does not transfer those rights to x25pronto or users.

Substantiated notices concerning copyright, trade-mark or other rights may be sent to info@x25pronto.ch. Plausible notices will be reviewed; this does not, without an express statement, constitute acknowledgement of a legal obligation or claim.
