1. Website information and general guidance
We maintain content carefully but cannot entirely exclude errors, gaps or temporarily outdated information. Website information, FAQs, blog posts, AI Bot responses and general guidance are not individual legal, tax, insurance, medical or other professional advice. For a specific order, confirmed order data, individual agreements, the Terms and mandatory law prevail.
2. Guide price, route, map, time window and technical displays
Guide prices, distances, travel times, address suggestions, maps, availability displays, automatically calculated requested delivery times, portal statuses and comparable technical values are planning aids. They are not guarantees of a particular route, travel time, acceptance, delivery time or availability. Confirmed order data, approved vehicle class, confirmed price and the binding status documented in the x25pronto system prevail.
3. Scope of services and special risks
x25pronto arranges, organises and performs direct, express and overnight courier trips by car, van and van XL for approved shipments up to 1,000 kg. Examples on information pages do not extend a specific booking approval. Medical, diagnostic, regulated, unusually valuable or other special shipments require prior express review and approval.
4. Independent courier partners
Suitable independent courier partners may accept individual assignments. Registration, preliminary review, driver-portal activation, publication of a partner card or availability creates no entitlement to assignments, minimum volume, particular routes, turnover or territorial exclusivity. An invitation to an assignment is not yet a guaranteed assignment; the binding order status documented in the x25pronto system prevails.
Courier partners act as independent businesses and remain responsible for their own operating requirements, vehicles, permits, tax and social-security obligations and adequate own insurance. Mandatory customer rights against Management Consulting Mayr / x25pronto from a confirmed transport order remain reserved, as do recourse rights against a courier partner responsible for a loss.
5. Driver portal, accounts and referral programme
Technical account, portal, reward, referral, payment and communication statuses support processing and documentation. Registration or account activation creates no entitlement to a particular service. Under the referral programme, a reward entitlement arises only once the conditions displayed in the portal have been fully met and the referral has been released by the system. Self-referrals, artificial or duplicate accounts, manipulation, duplicates and other misuse may be excluded.
6. Driver-portal fee and reverse charge
The driver-portal fee is charged for the independent business courier partnership. For business recipients established in Austria it is, where the statutory requirements are met, invoiced net without Austrian VAT; the recipient is liable for VAT under section 19(1) of the Austrian VAT Act 1994 (UStG 1994) (reverse charge). The actual tax circumstances and the business and tax information provided by the courier partner are decisive. Required invoice or tax corrections due to incorrect or changed circumstances remain reserved.
7. Digital evidence and system documentation
Order statuses, timestamps, portal actions, confirmations, messages, payment and invoice statuses and uploaded pickup and delivery evidence including photos may be used as documentation for contract processing, accounting, quality assurance, abuse prevention and complaint handling. A single portal status, photo or receipt of a complaint does not by itself constitute acknowledgement of liability.
8. Availability and third-party services
The website, app, driver portal, maps, routing, payment services, email, push, mobile networks, hosting, AI Bot, Google Tag Manager and other technical functions may be temporarily unavailable or delayed due to maintenance, network failures, third-party providers, cyberattacks, force majeure or other circumstances outside direct control. Error-free and continuous availability of independent third-party services cannot be guaranteed. A send timestamp for an email or push message does not guarantee a particular receipt time.
9. External links, maps and navigation
Links, maps, navigation and other third-party content are provided as aids. x25pronto does not control the content, data quality, availability or changes of services it does not operate itself. Drivers remain responsible for safe and lawful driving and route choice regardless of navigation guidance.
10. Insurance statements
References to carrier or business liability insurance refer to the actual insurance contract of Management Consulting Mayr / x25pronto and apply only within its scope, conditions, exclusions and limits. They are not a guarantee that every conceivable loss or undisclosed special risk is insured. An independent courier partner must maintain its own insurance sufficient for the specific activity; driver-portal activation does not generally insure the partner's entrepreneurial risks through x25pronto.
11. Liability boundary
Liability exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. No advance exclusion of liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence is claimed. Mandatory liability, including applicable carrier liability and mandatory claims for personal injury, remains unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for damage predominantly caused by incorrect or incomplete information, inadequate packaging, undisclosed special risks, prohibited shipment contents, customer instructions, lack of access, unavailable recipients or circumstances that could not have been avoided even with the care of an ordinary carrier. Claims from confirmed transport orders are governed primarily by the specific contract, the Terms and mandatory applicable Austrian, Swiss or international law, including any mandatory UGB or CMR rules where applicable.
12. Privacy and electronic communications
Personal data and electronic communications are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Terms. Account activation or email verification is not automatically marketing consent. Necessary contract, account, security, booking and order communications remain separate from unsubscription from consent-dependent advertising.
