Direct courier

What a direct trip means at x25pronto.at.

The shipment is collected at the agreed address and driven to the destination on the same courier trip. There is no sorting centre and no planned transfer between vehicles.

Delivery takes place later on the same calendar day. The calculator shows which days and times are enabled for booking.

Direct movement

Pickup and destination are on the same courier trip, avoiding unnecessary intermediate stops.

Concrete route

The price is based on the calculated road route rather than a broad distance table.

Small shipments

Documents, spare parts, IT, tools and other suitable goods in the enabled car and van weight classes up to 1,000 kg.

Practical use

When a direct trip makes sense.

A direct trip is suitable when the shipment should arrive promptly, pickup and destination are clear and the goods can be carried safely in the assigned car, van or Van XL. Dangerous goods or specially regulated contents require clarification first.

Prepare for direct delivery

Direct courier Austria: no reloading: check these points before booking. Available times and the guide price depend on your specific order.

No planned reloading The shipment travels from collection to destination on the same trip. Check whether delivery on the same calendar day suits your order.

Set both addresses Enter both complete addresses. The calculator uses the road route; a straight-line distance or town name alone cannot determine the price.

Prepare the shipment Pack the goods before the agreed collection time. Provide weight and dimensions so the vehicle and safe loading can be checked.

Arrange the handover Name an available contact at collection and delivery. A short note about the entrance or access helps the driver find the agreed handover point.

Check the schedule Choose an available time in the calculator. Travel and handover take time; an available booking does not promise immediate collection.

Choose a suitable service For direct delivery, the shipment and requested time matter. Compare the relevant services and clarify any additional requirements before booking.
