Registration, driver-portal access or a published partner profile does not create any entitlement to a minimum number of orders, a particular volume, particular routes or turnover. Individual terms shown to a partner in the driver portal or at assignment take precedence over general default values. Without express authority, courier partners are not entitled to legally represent Management Consulting Mayr, alter prices or contractual terms or acknowledge claims on behalf of Management Consulting Mayr.
Driver portal and reverse charge
The driver portal is intended for self-employed businesses and companies. For driver-portal or comparable B2B services supplied by the Switzerland-based provider to a business established in Austria, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply where the statutory conditions are met.
