Sensor from parts stock
A sensor is ready in stock. A system needs it for ongoing work. Packaging, dimensions and handover should be clear before collection.
A missing part can stop a job. The part itself is often small. A direct courier run can shorten the route from stock to the business.
Suitable parts are manageable and clean. They must be safely packed. Liquid, dangerous or heavily soiled parts require prior clarification.
State what is being transported. Protect edges and loose parts well. Oil or other substances must not leak.
The part should be clearly identified and fully packed before collection. This avoids searching for the item, accessories or packaging after the driver arrives.
At workshops and businesses, a named destination contact is useful. That person can receive the part directly and pass it to the correct work area.
These cases show when a small courier run can make sense. Actual acceptance always depends on route, contents and available time.

A direct run uses the real road travel time plus routing reserve and handover time. Pickup and requested delivery must both fit within the same calendar day; otherwise choose an earlier pickup time or Overnight. With Overnight, requested delivery is exclusively on the immediately following calendar day. Only released time windows apply; storage across additional days is not offered. The minimum lead time sets only the first bookable pickup day.

Spare parts courier Austria: direct to business: check these points before booking. Available times and the guide price depend on your specific order.
Identify the part Provide the part number and order reference. Confirm with the workshop which part is needed and will actually be ready for collection.
Check weight and size Even small components can be heavy. Weigh and measure the packed shipment so vehicle suitability and safe loading can be checked.
Protect edges Cover sharp edges and secure moving parts. Liquids, batteries or other special contents must be clarified before the transport is arranged.
Confirm collection access Say whether the part is waiting at the warehouse, reception or a collection counter. Give an available contact for any questions.
Explain the timing State the requested arrival time and check the calculator. An urgent order does not itself guarantee immediate collection or a delivery deadline.
Choose a suitable service For spare parts delivery, the shipment and requested time matter. Compare the relevant services and clarify any additional requirements before booking.
